Fast, Reliable Shipping — Delivered to Your Door
We work hard to make sure your NewTrition products arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. All orders are processed with care and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center.
Order Processing Times
• Standard Processing: 1–2 business days
• Peak Times / Holidays: 2–4 business days
Orders placed after 12 PM CST are processed the following business day.
We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (USA)
We offer several delivery options depending on your location:
• Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 3–6 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery time begins once the carrier scans the package.
Free Shipping Threshold
We may periodically offer free shipping promotions.
If active, the free shipping threshold will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Tracking can also be accessed through your account page if you created one.
If the tracking page shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please allow 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages early.
Shipping Issues or Delays
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but missing, please contact us:

We will file a carrier investigation if needed and assist with replacements when appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.
If the order has not shipped, we will update it.
If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to modify or reroute it.
International Shipping
At this time, NewTrition ships within the United States only.
International shipping options will be added in the future.
Damaged, Leaking, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing items:
1. Take a photo of the issue
2. Email us within 7 days of delivery
3. We will replace the item(s) or issue a refund
